Review draft for custom logo and three-page website design packages. Existing consumer rights remain protected.

1. Packages and scope

SL Creative Studios offers a £50 custom logo package, a £299 starter website package and a £339 website plus logo package. These are one-off design charges. The logo package includes three initial concepts, selection of one concept, two reasonable revision rounds and finished high-resolution PNG files. The website package includes up to three responsive Wix Headless pages with CMS-backed, customer-editable content for the agreed sections (such as menus, images, descriptions, opening hours, contact details and supported embeds), standard navigation and a contact/enquiry section. The combined package includes both scopes. Online shops, shopping baskets, stock-managed e-commerce systems and full online stores are not offered. Where agreed, simple deposit or payment links can be configured after ownership transfer and after the customer connects their own supported payment processor. Additional pages, substantial new functionality or complex integrations require a separately agreed quote.

2. Customer accounts, hosting and domain

Website design fees do not include domain registration, Wix premium plans, hosting, external subscriptions, business email, payment-processing charges or third-party licences. A Wix account and any paid upgrades remain the customer's responsibility. We arrange transfer of ownership when supported by the Wix platform after agreed charges are settled. The customer may need to accept an invitation or maintain a compatible Wix plan. Customer-editable CMS collections and appropriate access permissions will be configured and tested as part of the website handover, with design and navigation kept separate from content.

3. Briefs, references and content

The customer must supply an accurate brief, social and other relevant website links, and any necessary text, menus, images, logos and business details, with permission to use them. Restaurant menus and reference images may be supplied through upload fields where the Wix plan permits, or through a shared file/folder link. Customer-provided policies, including privacy notices, cookies and trading terms, are their responsibility. Supplying policies does not include legal advice or compliance certification; independent legal advice may be appropriate.

4. Order and payment

The service contract begins when we confirm acceptance of the brief and payment. Payment methods for the two new website packages will be confirmed before launch. Submitting a preview form alone does not create an order. We do not begin paid work until the order has been agreed and the required payment has been verified.

5. Turnaround and revisions

Initial logo concepts target delivery within 3 days. The first website draft targets 7 calendar days or sooner after confirmed payment and receipt of all information and materials necessary to start. These are targets, not guarantees for final approval and launch. Feedback time, new requirements, revisions, account transfers or missing material may extend completion. Each package includes two reasonable rounds of changes to the agreed design direction; substantial new instructions or additional work may be quoted separately.

6. Cancellations and charges for work started

Bespoke logo and website work is commissioned as a service. Eligible UK consumers purchasing at a distance normally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period from contract formation. A customer may expressly request that work starts during that period. If the customer subsequently cancels while a cancellation right remains, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to cancellation, provided the applicable legal conditions and information requirements have been met. The proportionate charge depends on the work actually supplied and the agreed total price; it is not an automatic non-refundable deposit or arbitrary fixed penalty. If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period with the required express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end. Nothing in this clause removes statutory rights for services not performed with reasonable care and skill or for defective digital content.

7. Delivery, ownership and usage

Finished logo designs are supplied electronically as PNG files, normally including transparent-background and square social-media versions; SVG or EPS source vector files are not included unless separately agreed. The customer receives permission to use the approved finished logo once full payment has been made. Unselected concepts are not included. We cannot guarantee that a proposed mark is available for trade-mark registration or does not conflict with another business. Website content and ownership handover will be confirmed as part of the agreed package, subject to Wix platform rules and any third-party licences.

8. Prohibited projects

We will not knowingly create or support pornographic or sexually explicit sites, gambling services, illegal goods or services, scams or deceptive impersonation, phishing or malware, hate or extremist promotion, content intended to facilitate harm, or content that infringes others’ copyright or trademarks. We may decline a commission that falls outside these restrictions. Existing consumer rights and applicable refund rules continue to apply.

9. Final approvals and service problems

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving drafts, checking spelling and supplied business information, and confirming that the finished website and graphics meet the agreed brief. After final approval, further changes may be quoted. If a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill or a digital file is defective, we will consider the statutory remedies that apply.
