Digital delivery.

Logo files are delivered digitally, while completed Wix websites are handed over to your own Wix account where supported.

What you receive

Final approved logo as a high-resolution transparent PNG.
An additional PNG version with a background.
A square social-profile version of your approved design.

Where suitable, the final image can be exported up to 4,000 × 4,000 pixels. This is a raster export; resolution does not make it an editable vector image. SVG and EPS are not included.

How it arrives

Final files are delivered digitally using the email address supplied with your brief, or a secure download link supplied by us. There are no postage fees.

Production stages

You'll receive initial concepts, choose a direction, and send any revision notes. The finished files follow your approval. See our FAQ for the initial concept turnaround.

Website delivery & customer editing

Website packages are developed with Wix Headless and Wix CMS. The agreed menu items, images, descriptions, opening hours, social links and other editable content are managed through your Wix dashboard, separately from the site's fixed design.

Following the agreed handover and supported ownership transfer, we will check that you can access and edit these CMS collections and that updates appear on your live website. Your Wix subscription, domain and any third-party accounts remain your responsibility.

We do not provide online shops. Where agreed, simple deposit or payment links can be enabled after transfer when you have connected your own supported payment processor.
